As our services and products become increasingly in demand, we are now looking for a Polymer Engineer who wants to lead projects where we develop the future's injection-molded products in polymer materials. Our customers are from a wide variety of industries across several countries.

About the role

In this role, you will lead projects for our clients and work with design, material selection, construction, preparation, cost estimation, as well as implementation of production and testing of new products.

You will also work with technical challenges and problems that arise in our own and clients' existing products. Your work includes planning, leading, documenting, and analyzing processes, as well as compiling results in a structured and presentable manner.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Leading and driving projects within product development, materials technology, and process improvement.
  • Reviewing client documentation and assessing feasibility as well as any needs for supplements.
  • Preparing and estimating costs for the various processes in the projects.
  • Coordinating and continuously communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Who we are looking for

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

  • Education in polymer technology, materials science, production engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience in product development or project management within the plastics industry.
  • An analytical and solution-oriented approach with the ability to drive processes forward.
  • Good digital skills for documentation and analysis work.
  • Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Desirable experiences:

  • Experience working in the manufacturing plastics industry.
  • Knowledge of tool manufacturing and injection molding of plastics.
